Equipment Leasing & Finance

EL&F is a recently divested Aqua Fund investment. It is an integrated equipment, asset management and finance group with a diversified exposure to the New Zealand economy (materials handling, construction, forestry and logistics). It trades under the brands AB Equipment (equipment sales and servicing), Speirs Finance (asset financing) and Yoogo (vehicle and equipment leasing).

Smart Environmental is a recently divested Aqua Fund investment. It is a waste management business, focussed on recycling more of the waste stream and reducing flows to landfill. Smart serves more than 200,000 households throughout New Zealand under municipal sector contracts.
NQ Minerals

NQ Minerals is a recently divested Aqua Fund investment. It is an Australian mineral processing company whose flagship project is the refurbishment of the polymetallic Hellyer Mine in Tasmania to process the more than US$1 billion worth of contained gold, silver, zinc and lead in Hellyer’s tailings.

Kinaroad is a recently divested Aqua Fund investment. It is an Australian-based surfboard production business. It's unique robotic manufacturing solution enables boards to be expediently and accurately machined, avoiding the need for manual finishing.

InZone is a recently divested Indigo Fund investment and operates as a vertically integrated and nationwide energy efficiency business. It optimises households' energy efficiency via a direct-to-home model providing a range of installed solutions including insulation, heat pumps and lighting.

Freshmax is a recently divested Indigo Fund investment. It is a diversified, international fresh produce business based in Australasia with positions, including IP and vertically integrated growing operations, in key Southern Hemisphere export categories.
Euro Corporation

Euro is a supplier of steel and concrete products and services to the New Zealand construction and rural sectors. It supplies reinforcing bar and mesh to the construction sector and manufactures and distributes fencing and other products to rural merchant customers.
